Infinite Blackjack is Evolution's answer to the full table. A classic live blackjack table has seven seats; this one has no limit. Everyone at the table receives the same two starting cards and sees the same dealer upcard, and from there each player hits, stands, doubles or splits on their own. Evolution launched the game on 26 October 2018, streamed from its studios in Riga, for desktop, tablet and smartphone. The game description we read lists a base-game return of about 99.47%, a Six Card Charlie and an automatic stand on hard 17, and those three details are what set it apart.
Evolution's own rules page did not open for us, so the rule figures below come from a published game description of the table, dated 26 August 2024. Anything that description does not state, we flag as unread.

How one hand serves every seat
- Bets. You place a main bet and any side bets while the timer runs. There is no seat to wait for.
- The common deal. The dealer deals the starting cards on camera. Every player gets the same two cards; the dealer's upcard is shared too.
- Your decisions. You choose hit, stand, double or split. Players who choose differently now hold different hands.
- Individual cards. From the point where hands split apart, the software deals each player the cards their own path needs. Evolution describes this as a combination of physical cards dealt live and virtual cards.
- Dealer and settlement. The dealer completes one hand, and every player's result is settled against it.
Because everyone starts from the same hand, the table chat tends to argue about the same decision. That changes nothing for you: your result depends on your decisions and the dealer's hand, never on what other players chose.
Rule differences from a seven-seat table
For comparison we took the rules of play of a seven-seat live game: eight decks, dealer stands on any 17, splits to two hands, ten-card Charlie.
| Seven-seat live table we read | Infinite Blackjack, per its game description | |
|---|---|---|
| Seats | seven | unlimited |
| Starting hand | your own two cards | the same two cards for everyone |
| Charlie rule | ten cards without busting win | six cards without busting win, pays 1:1 |
| Drawing on hard 17 or more | your choice | automatic stand |
| Early exit | none | Cash Out at 0.4 to 1.77 times the stake |
| Blackjack | 3:2 | 3:2 |
| Insurance | pays 2:1 | pays 2:1 |
| Side bets | Player Pair, Dealer Pair, 21+3, Top 3 | Perfect Pairs, 21+3, Hot 3, Bust It |
The description does not state the number of decks or whether the dealer hits soft 17, so check the table's info screen for both. For most hands the automatic stand changes nothing, since basic strategy never hits a hard 17. The exception is a five-card hard 17, where the Six Card Charlie could make a hit tempting: the auto-stand takes that option away.
Six Card Charlie, worked out
A Charlie rule pays a hand that reaches a set number of cards without busting. The shorter the hand, the more it is worth. By standard calculations, a six-card Charlie lowers the house edge by about 0.16%, a seven-card one by about 0.01%, and a ten-card one by close to nothing.
Where the rule matters in play is a five-card hand. Any sixth card that does not bust you wins outright, whatever the dealer holds. With thirteen ranks and ten-value cards making up four of them, a rough count looks like this:
| Five-card hand total | Ranks that win on the sixth card | Rough chance of the Charlie |
|---|---|---|
| 12 | ace to 9 | 9 of 13, about 69% |
| 14 | ace to 7 | 7 of 13, about 54% |
| 16 | ace to 5 | 5 of 13, about 38% |
These treat every rank as equally likely, which is close enough in a large shoe. Five-card hands are rare, so the rule adds little per hour. When you do hold one, the Charlie tilts the decision toward hitting, most of all on the low totals in the table.
RTP and what a session costs
The game description lists these average returns:
| Bet | Return | House edge |
|---|---|---|
| Base game | about 99.47% | about 0.53% |
| 21+3 | about 96.3% | about 3.7% |
| Perfect Pairs | about 95.9% | about 4.1% |
| Hot 3 | about 94.6% | about 5.4% |
| Bust It | about 94.12% | about 5.88% |
| Cash Out | about 96.8% | about 3.2% |
The Perfect Pairs figure matches what the arithmetic gives for an eight-deck shoe on a 25:1, 12:1, 6:1 table; the full count is on our Perfect Pairs page.
Now the cost per hour, using 60 hands an hour as an illustration rather than a measurement:
| Session | Main bet | Side bet | Expected cost per hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main game only | $10 | none | about $3.18 |
| Main game only | $25 | none | about $7.95 |
| Main plus Bust It | $10 | $2 | about $3.18 + $7.06 = $10.24 |
A $2 side bet at nearly 6% costs more than twice the $10 main bet. The comparison of every side bet, insurance included, is on our insurance and side bets page.

Cash Out: what an early exit costs
Cash Out lets you leave a hand before it is settled, for between 0.4 and 1.77 times your stake depending on your cards and the dealer's upcard. It is not offered when the dealer has blackjack. The description puts its average return at about 96.8%, against about 99.47% for the base game played out. In plain terms, each cash-out gives up around 2.7 points of return compared with finishing the hand. Use it if you need to leave the table; as a habit it raises the price of the session.
Infinite Blackjack on a phone
Evolution has offered the game on smartphones since launch. With no seat to wait for, it suits short sessions: open the table, bet in the window, decide inside the timer. The video stream needs a steady connection, so check the info screen for what the table does with an unfinished hand if yours drops. Ordered by the number of coins in each casino's cashier, most first.
Evolution offers its tables to the casinos it supplies, but each casino chooses which ones it runs. Search the live lobby for the table name before you deposit, then read the info screen for the deck count, the soft-17 rule and the side-bet pay tables. What separates the casinos for a live player is the cashier: the coins they take, when they ask for ID and how large withdrawals are paid.

How does Infinite Blackjack work?
Every player receives the same two starting cards and the dealer's upcard is shared. After that each player decides alone, and the software deals each hand the cards its own decisions call for.
What is the RTP of Infinite Blackjack?
The game description we read lists about 99.47% for the base game played well. Side bets return less: between about 94.1% and 96.3%.
What is Six Card Charlie?
If your hand reaches six cards without going over 21, it wins and pays 1:1. On its own the rule is worth about 0.16% to the player.
Can the table be full?
No. The seat count is unlimited by design, which was the point of the game when Evolution launched it in October 2018.
